Job descriptionBCom Investments One year experience working in financial services and / or investment management Basic understanding of comprehensive personal financial instruments, investment vehicles, asset allocation, and concepts of portfolio design / diversification Excellent communication skills Proficient in Word and Excel Experience working with Bloomberg Detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy Team player who will mentor and support team members
Key Responsibilities :
- Product set-up, maintenance & record keeping
- Managing & controlling all transactions processed between relevant parties
- Set-up & maintenance of trading instructions, input & send authorised trade instructions
- Monitor & check execution of trade instructions via the pricing administrator
- Monthly monitoring of portfolio positions provided by LISP
- Confirmation that portfolios conform to latest regulatory requirements
- Maintain a performance tracker using Morningstar reports and Excel models
- Create graphs, tables & other information into a reporting format
- Analyse fee splits between respective parties so that all fees are justifiable to relevant parties
- Monitor & report to management on the adherence to contractual obligations
- Data validation using multiple reporting sources
