We are now seeking an organised, professional, and proactive Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Noordhoek Manor , our long‑term healthcare facility. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day financial, administrative, and personnel operations, making a real impact on both residents and staff.

Responsibilities
Ensure the reception is manned at all times; greet visitors, ensure they sign in, answer calls professionally, and direct queries or messages appropriately.Distribute incoming mail and ensure internal communication is timely and professional.Manage and monitor petty cash.Order and manage residents' supplies and inform NOK if additional supplies are needed.Answer all calls and emails professionally and attend to the healthcare diary daily.Maintain daily logs for maintenance, requisitions, waste collection, and deliveries.Manage uniform fittings, equipment distribution, and onboarding starter packs for new staff.Stock control and management for healthcare supplies.Maintain staff rosters and annual leave planners across nursing, carer, and housekeeping teams.Register new staff on the clock‑in system and manage clocking exceptions.Support HR with recruitment checks, inductions, competency assessments, and relief staff bookings.Ensure long‑term resident details are updated and all documentation is in order.Handle administrative duties including diary checks, facility queries, billing, and payment collection.Process month‑end billing each month.Assist with payroll queries and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations at the duty station.Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.Administration qualification is an advantage.Requirements
Proven experience within a similar role.Experience in a hospital / medical environment is advantageous.Skills and Knowledge
Computer literate, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and general office software.Strong organisational and administrative abilities with capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.Confident interpersonal skills with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.Neat, professional, and presentable appearance appropriate for a healthcare environment.Responsible, reliable, and dedicated with a strong sense of accountability.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently without supervision.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.Deadline‑oriented with a proven track record in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.Strong problem‑solving skills and initiative to resolve issues proactively.Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, professional manner.Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs or schedules.Specific Requirements

Monday to Friday 07 : 00 to 17 : 00. Faircape offers a market‑related salary, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other market‑related factors.
