MEDICAL / FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR 2026

Minimum requirements :

• Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
• Must come from a medical background
• Senior in experience
• Experienced in collections
• Financial Administration : Experience in logging, capturing, checking, invoicing
• Following up on outstanding accounts and patient / account information
• Knowledge of ICD10 and Eminance - beneficial
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Maintaining and forming good relationships with clients
• Dealing with basic account and client queries via telephone in adherence with procedural, productivity and quality standards
• Responsible for incoming calls and Reception
• Accountable for achieving results through own efforts
• Afrikaans / English fluency a non-negotiable
