Responsibilities

• Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions
• Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconciling bank statements and company accounts
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing and maintaining ledgers and journals
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Preparing VAT / tax returns and statutory submissions
• Monitoring cash flow and petty cash
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
• Providing financial reports and summaries to management
