Roles and Responsibilities
Publish job advertisements and manage postings.
Keep candidate records up to date and organised.Manage relationships with external recruiters.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Support the administrative aspects of the hiring process.Assist with new hire logistics and onboarding transition.Ensure contractual templates are up-to-date and reflective of legal and job requirements.Team OnboardingCreate and maintain new hire training curriculums and schedules.
Collaborate with third‑party vendors for onboarding experiences.Assist managers with new hire immersion plans.Host probation check‑in sessions.Manage new‑hire communications and HRIS setup.Administer new‑hire satisfaction surveys.Manager EnablementSupport day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding and employee relations.
Assist in developing team goals and host meetings.Build and support people processes and keep managers accountable.Provide practical HR guidance on policies and people‑related queries.Performance ManagementMaintain a library of career tracks and job descriptions.
Ensure feedback systems align with company goals.Guide managers in performance improvement plans.Organise and deliver engaging virtual training sessions.Policies & DocumentationMaintain HR policies aligned with company values and legal requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for Voyc’s Notion knowledge base.Manage the company handbook and centralise documentation.Maintain processes for onboarding, off‑boarding, and internal role changes.Operational Tools & SystemsManage people operations software (Notion, Deel, Workable).
Act as the main point of contact for internal users and external contractors.Maintain accuracy of HRIS records.Ensure automation working optimally and report quarterly eNPS surveys.Requirements
Qualification – Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience – 2+ years in Human Resources or People Operations, ideally in a high‑growth SaaS or startup environment.Culture & Mindset – Not a traditional HR professional; thrives in a high‑results, entrepreneurial environment where you can directly shape culture, systems, and performance.Culture & Mindset (Descriptive)
