Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead and motivate staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and supplier relations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and event planning where required.
- Planning and executing events.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years' proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent problem‑solving skills and customer service focus.Relevant qualifications in hospitality management (preferred but not essential).What We Offer
