Key requirements alongside the qualifications would be 8- years mechanical or structural design experience with 3-5 years being in a senior lead design or engineering management capacity. Your strong CAD and FEA expertise will help lead your design team. Be involved with product design and development, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, engineering standards and compliance, budgeting & cost control as well as being a support to the manufacturing and quality teams.
