Purpose of the Job
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships through the effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at Aramex. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by analyzing customer data, facilitating communication, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Scheduling of business appointments with clients base / bookAchieve individual targetsMaintain existing businessIdentify & grow client base and revenue through selling of additional supply chain productsEstablish customer needs, developing opportunities and grow customer baseUpdate call and Salesforce reportsPrepare and present proposals and presentations to clientsEffectively and efficiently deal with client queriesIdentify and elevate possible threats to existing businessJob Requirements - Experience and Education
Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualificationBachelor's Degree or similar qualification and / or experience5 Years corporate experience in managing a portfolio of clientsNeed to have worked for reputable corporatesProven track record of having made targetIndustry experience advantageous – Understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products)Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management levelValid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transportExcellent communication skillsCustomer Service jobs#J-18808-Ljbffr
