What you will be doing :

• Lead monthly financial reporting, board reports, and variance analysis
• Oversee month-end close processes, including journal reviews and intercompany transactions
• Manage cash flow reporting, short- and long-term forecasting
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and file statutory returns
• Prepare group financial statements and liaise with external auditors
• Guide policy updates and ensure correct application of accounting standards
• Manage audit processes and internal controls
• Support treasury functions, funding compliance, and SARS engagements
• Coach junior team members and assist with financial statement preparation
