TMC Technologies has recently been awarded a 5-year contract providing subject matter expertise, systems engineering, software development, and test & evaluation to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division’s (NSWCDD) Warfare Systems Engineering and Integration (V) Department.

We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join our team. While remote work is possible, all personnel will initially work on-site in the Dahlgren area until performance is established with the customer. Relocation assistance can be provided where applicable.

A SECRET (or higher) security clearance is required.

Job Requirements

• Secret (or higher) security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 15+ years of experience in :
• Development of DoDAF products and other architectural representations for Track Management and link functions.
• Specialized experience in Navy and USMC combat systems such as AEGIS, SSDS, DDG-1000, and LCS.
• Architecting and developing Navy and USMC combat systems including mission and capabilities definition, operational requirements, testing, and deployment.
• Defining and developing capability requirement documents, system engineering plans, system requirements, design documents, and interface specifications.
