Duties & Responsibilities

Location : Remote work with flexibility for onsite consults in and around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).

Main Purpose of Role : As an Implementation & Consulting Specialist, you will play a key role in providing field (onsite at customers) and remote support, consultation, and implementations to clients. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels, driving business impact through omnichannel BPO solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients globally with their implementation needs, focusing on omnichannel BPO solutions.
• Lead and participate in implementations according to project plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
