Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Senior Client Account & Project Coordinator to manage key retail client accounts and ensure the smooth delivery of multiple concurrent projects. This position serves as the central point of coordination between clients, production, logistics, and management, overseeing the entire process from quotation through to delivery. The successful candidate will undergo a structured two-year mentorship and handover with a senior team member to ensure a seamless transition of key client accounts and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail clients.
Review and interpret client drawings, floor plans, and Legends.
Liaise with production to confirm lead times and capacity.
Coordinate all deliveries via internal fleet or external transporters.
Create and manage new client profiles and pricing structures.
Maintain detailed client records, correspondence, and approvals.
Required Skills & Competencies
10+ years experience in project coordination, client account management, or production administration within manufacturing, shopfitting, or construction.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability.
Matric certificate essential.
Mature, dependable, and self-managed.
