POSITION OVERVIEW

Were looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing technology stack streamline workflows and provide the insights that power smarter decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building scalable processes and proving marketings impact in high-stakes B2B environments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM automation analytics).
• Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality lead flow accuracy and reliable attribution across platforms.
• Design scalable processes to support both mid-market campaigns (hundreds of leads) and enterprise campaigns (fewer high-value opportunities).
• Align marketing metrics with business outcomes and collaborate closely with Sales Operations.
• Continuously optimize workflows and establish best practices for reporting data management and automation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment including a phone copier and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects move objects from place to place hold onto objects and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
