Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Radio Network Planner & Optimisation Specialist to manage radio site planning and optimize our multi-technology mobile network (2G / 3G / LTE / 5G). You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality network performance, capacity planning, and resolving network-related customer experience issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize radio access network (RAN) sites : indoor, outdoor (greenfield, rooftop, macros, mini-sites).
• Monitor and analyze network performance KPIs to ensure optimal quality of service.
• Conduct cluster-level optimization for existing mobile networks across technologies (2G, 3G, LTE, 5G).
• Perform deep-dive investigations and resolve complex RAN performance issues using trace analysis and statistical tools.
• Collaborate with external drive testing vendors (e.g., Umlaut) to address reported network failures and ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide recommendations for network capacity expansion and performance enhancements.
• Support cross-functional teams with technical expertise to address customer complaints related to network quality.
