Your day at NTT DATA

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying WAN connectivity solutions for clients, including both access-based and VPN-based products. This role involves configuring and installing Cisco and Fortigate SD-WAN technologies in accordance with established standards and best practices. Precision and attention to detail during installations are critical. As a customer-facing position, the role demands exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Access and MPLS VPN-based network solutions, as well as SD-WAN solutions.
• Precisely and timely execute installations, and perform necessary administrative tasks to close out jobs and projects.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Configure and install Cisco and Fortigate SD‑WAN products.
