Lehigh Facilities Planner

This position is a Grade : 9 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $55,200 - $67,180 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive programming and feasibility studies for space optimization
• Design innovative space plans and furniture layouts for academic and administrative areas
• Coordinate complex moves and space transitions with minimal disruption to University operations
• Collaborate with Project Management staff on larger capital projects for interior finishes and furniture selection
• Provide design leadership and expertise across diverse University spaces
• Update CAD plans with graphic information from recent projects to maintain accurate archives
