What You’ll Do
- Deliver end-to-end strategy-based transformation projects across multiple sectors
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics into operations, costs, and organisational effectiveness
- Develop and present recommendations using data-driven insights and benchmarks
- Lead business development, proposals, and client relationship management
- Mentor and develop consultants, building a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
