Internal / Counter Sales Representative (Automotive Industry)

Key Responsibilities :

Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with sales queries.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and process orders accurately.

Manage customer interactions in the CRM and track order progress .

Follow up with potential and quoted customers, driving new business.

Identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities and provide product knowledge.

Support lead generation, cold calling, and campaigns.

Compile sales reports, attend meetings, and support events / training.

Requirements :

Grade 12 (Maths essential), tertiary qualification an advantage.

35 years internal sales experience .

Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.

Computer literate, organized, and customer-focused.
