Production Leader

PURPOSE OF THE JOB : The Production Leader is responsible for overseeing the production department to ensure efficient operations achievement of production targets and adherence to quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence quality assurance and team development in a secure high-volume production environment.

The key responsibilities of the position are as follows but not limited to :

• Lead and manage production operations to meet throughput and quality targets.
• Allocate resources and manage shift schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Enforce quality standards and 5S practices across production lines.
• Oversee work orders line setups and ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct risk assessments.
• Train and support team members monitor performance and promote accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and PCI-CP standards.
• Ensures compliance with all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and company polic ies.
• Compliance : Adherence to company policies regulations and standards- PCI-CP / Corporate audits.
