Consultancy Title : READY+ Programme Gender Audits and Action Planning

READY is a movement of youth-led and youth-serving organisations working with and for adolescents and young people living with and affected by HIV. It targets adolescents and young people in their diversity, empowering them to influence decisions that affect their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

Frontline AIDS is looking for a consultant to take on a piece of work to : Design and conduct gender audits across READY consortium partners and implementing partners (IPs) in Angola, Eswatini, Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, establishing a baseline of current practice against the READY Gender Strategy. The consultancy will identify priority actions to strengthen gender responsiveness, build towards gender transformative programming, and propose feasible next steps for 2026 to sustain progress and achieve gender-related targets.

We are seeking proposals from individuals who have experience :

Essential Criteria

The successful consultant must demonstrate :

• Proven experience in designing and conducting gender audits or institutional gender assessments with NGOs or multi-partner consortiums
• Strong expertise in gender transformative approaches and gender integration in HIV and / or SRHR programming, ideally in youth-focused contexts
• Demonstrated ability to apply participatory and virtual methodologies (e.g. online workshops, surveys, self assessments)
• Excellent analytical, facilitation and reporting skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and actionable outputs
