Daily GRV link with supplier invoice. Weekly refunds and OTA processing / allocations / submissions. Provide HOD with imports documents. Weekly outstanding GRVs list follow-up. Weekly age analysis. Creditors queries. Monthly creditors project purchase report preparation and submission for payment. Telephone relief during lunch / tea times as per schedule.
