• Support outreach initiatives to engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure consistent branding.
• Qualify candidates based on predetermined criteria and client specifications.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters throughout the search process.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and correspondence with candidates and clients.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
• Support recruiters with their daily tasks and any other ad hoc duties.
• Interpret and compile reports on assessment results.
