A company based in Springfield Park (Durban) in the Printing Sector is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper with strong administrative skills to work closely with and report directly to the Directors.
This position is office-based and requires someone who is accurate, reliable, and able to manage financial and administrative tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and reconcile daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process supplier and customer invoices and manage debtors and creditors.
- Maintain petty cash, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly reports.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Assist with HR administration, including onboarding, leave tracking, and general staff files.
- Maintain and update ISO documentation, control sheets, and compliance registers.
- Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Directors.

Matric (Grade 12) completed and Bookkeeping or Accounting Certificate preferred.Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping or accounting administration experience.Proficient in Pastel Partner and Microsoft Excel.High level experience and knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and Internet.Knowledge of ISO documentation and HR processes beneficial.Driver's license and own vehicle essential.Salary (CTC) depending on experience.A "can do" attitude is key.
