About the Role
As the Sales & Onboarding Supervisor, you will lead the team responsible for growing the fleet. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the Sales Reps to drive sales, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new riders.
Duties
- Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales Reps. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract and onboard new riders efficiently. Identify new channels and opportunities for growth.
- Onboarding Process Management : Oversee the rider onboarding process, ensuring all documentation, training, and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor team and individual performance against KPIs. Use data to identify trends, address challenges, and optimize processes.
- Collaboration : Work with the Fleet Lead and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new riders from onboarding to active operation.
- Reporting : Prepare and present weekly sales and onboarding reports to senior management.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical and data-driven mindset.Experience in the mobility, logistics, or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
