We are seeking a hands-on energetic and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of approximately 50 staff members. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Please note : This position is only open to South African citizens. Shift work is required with a strong focus on evenings weekends and public holidays .

• Oversee daily operations across Restaurants Bars and Room Service (where applicable).
• Maintain high standards of service cleanliness and food safety.
• Actively support staff on the floor during peak service periods.
