Scholtz Partners International is recruiting on behalf of a premier fine dining establishment in Pretoria. We’re searching for an Executive Chef with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior kitchen leadership, a refined touch for à la carte service, and a passion for French cuisine.

• 5+ years as an Executive Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
• Proven fine dining experience
• À la carte mastery
• French cuisine expertise (preferred)
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Creative flair and meticulous attention to detail
• Based in Pretoria with own transport
• Portfolio required showcasing your culinary work
