About the Position
Located in Cape Town, this on‑site role provides generalist HR services at The Vineyard Hotel. You will manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, the annual performance management process, the wellness calendar, induction programmes, and partner with operational managers to deliver HR support and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR services to support the hotel’s workforce.
- Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition to secure top industry talent.
- Manage the annual performance management process.
- Oversee the wellness calendar and associated initiatives.
- Deliver induction programme rollout.
- Partner with operational managers to develop and support HR initiatives.
