About the Position
Located in Cape Town, this on‑site role provides generalist HR services at The Vineyard Hotel. You will manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, the annual performance management process, the wellness calendar, induction programmes, and partner with operational managers to deliver HR support and development.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in hospitality.Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level.Experience with SAGE 300 People.Strong understanding of labour legislation.Excellent communication, decisive, and well‑organised.Job Details
