Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following :

  • Oversee architectural designs, landscape designs, landscape installation, interior design, kitchen designs, showhouse and marketing fitments, 3d visualization (renders), specifications coordination
  • Project manage specialised company projects for the group.
  • Continuously research and maintain knowledge of various architectural / design disciplines, application methods and materials.
  • Ensure that all designs / plans and execution meet standard regulations and requirements
  • Manage design department
  • Manage external consultants

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Architect Qualified Preferred

    • Skills

  • Minimum 10 years work experience in Architecture
  • Preferably residential work experience
  • Proficient Autodesk Suite
  • Proficient 3DS Max
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
