Client Liaison – Inbound Call Centre

Job Description :

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in call centre or telesales environments, looking to contribute to a high-performing team without cold-calling responsibilities.

Location : Table View, Cape Town

Basic Salary : R10,000 per month

On-Target Earnings : Up to R18,000 per month

Primary Responsibilities :

• Book and convert leads into appointments for our product specialists in the field.
• Work closely with our dedicated marketing team, which manages all brand campaigns from social media to TV.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
