The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and capabilities :
Language & Communication SkillsFluency in English, with strong proficiency in speaking, writing, presenting, and developing executive-level content.Value Advisory Expertise
Proven ability to build qualitative and quantitative business cases for organizational transformation.Skilled in driving value realization initiatives and benchmarking key industry KPIs.Proficient in applying value management frameworks, tools, and techniques effectively.Industry Experience
Primary focus on Services Industries, especially Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O), Professional Services, and Travel & Transportation.Secondary exposure to Telecommunications, Sports, and Media & Entertainment industries.Executive Engagement & Consulting Skills
Demonstrated success in engaging with CxO-level executives and collaborating closely with senior leadership teams.Multinational consulting and business development experience, with a strong global mindset.Collaboration & Delivery Capabilities
Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary virtual teams, addressing complex requirements under tight timelines.Experience leveraging innovative customer engagement techniques to drive meaningful outcomes.Education & Technical Knowledge
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (required).MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from an accredited university (preferred).SAP experience or knowledge of SAP solutions is a significant advantage.Other Requirements
Travel : The role involves traveling across Southern African countries to engage with customer executives and key decision-makers, facilitate collaborative workshops, present strategic outcomes to senior leadership, and represent SAP at industry events and conferencesSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
