The Opportunity
We are looking for a qualified and caring ECD Teacher who is passionate about guiding young children aged 3 to 5 years through the early stages of learning and development.
This position offers the opportunity to inspire curiosity, creativity, and character in a nurturing, value-centered environment that encourages both play and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with the school’s educational philosophy and developmental goals.
Create a warm, stimulating, and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes emotional security, social interaction, and cognitive growth.
Assess and record each child’s progress, preparing development reports and maintaining ongoing communication with parents and caregivers.
Work closely with colleagues, management, and the school board to maintain high standards of learning and care.
Build positive, open relationships with families and support the school’s community involvement, including its connection with St Peter’s Anglican Church .
Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional growth opportunities to continuously improve teaching methods and maintain educational excellence.
