Finance Manager

Job descriptionOversee daily finance operations, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and inventory. Manage cash flow, working capital, and bank relationships. Lead month-end close, journal entries, and reporting packs. Support procurement, logistics, and inventory from a finance lens. Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, and audit requirements. Improve systems, controls, and processes as the company grows. Work across multiple countries and currencies, including foreign exchange and consolidations. CA (SA) or AGA (SA) with 2+ years of relevant financial accounting experience. Solid technical understanding of accounting standards and tax compliance. Experience with multi-currency consolidation is beneficial. Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments with strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
