As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and engaging candidates, providing market insights, and supporting the recruitment team to deliver outstanding client solutions.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

• Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements tailored to client needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Build strong relationships and oversee candidate transitions throughout the recruitment process.
