Accounts and Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to address and resolve billing queries.
• Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and client billing history.
• Assist with credit notes, adjustments, and account allocations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to the finance team as needed.
