Sales Enablement Specialist | Remote (Productivity Architect)

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Sales Enablement Specialist . This vital role focuses on providing our sales and brand concierge teams with the content, training, and resources needed to increase efficiency, accelerate deal closure, and ensure a consistent, high-quality sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Onboarding : Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs (new hire onboarding and ongoing education) covering product knowledge, competitor analysis, and best practices for sales techniques.
  • Content Management : Create, curate, and maintain a centralized library of sales collateral (presentations, case studies, battle cards, email templates) ensuring accuracy and ease of access for the sales team.
  • Process Optimization : Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement technology or training solutions to improve efficiency and reduce the time from lead-to-close.
  • Metrics & Reporting : Track and analyze key sales enablement KPIs (e.g., content utilization, sales cycle length, win rates) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and drive future strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the liaison between the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and equip the sales team with talking points for new features and offerings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Mandatory Experience : 2+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Training is essential.
  • Sales Proficiency : Must be comfortable and experienced with the e-commerce sales environment, understanding B2B sales cycles and common objections.
  • Content Creation Skills : Strong ability to create engaging and effective training materials and sales tools across various media (slides, video scripts, documents).
  • Tech Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or internal LMS systems) is a significant advantage.
  • Work Environment : Must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable thriving in a remote, independent, and high-performance setting.
