Responsibilities

• Escalation point for all network and firewall issues
• Troubleshooting and resolving networking and firewall issues
• Participating in standby rotation for after-hours support
• Performing in-depth diagnostics and escalations when needed
• Assist in planning network and firewall solutions
• Management of network monitoring systems
