What You’ll Do :
- Manage Social Media : Run Ad‑Lab’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts.
- Create Content : Plan, produce, and publish posts, videos, and campaigns that grab attention and reflect our fast‑paced, high‑performance culture.
- Grow Our Audience : Drive organic growth, build engaged communities, and generate inbound leads — no paid ads needed.
- Build Our Brand : Position Ad‑Lab as the go‑to agency for e‑commerce growth through thought leadership, storytelling, and consistent branding.
- Track Performance : Monitor analytics, create reports, and recommend improvements to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with Team : Work closely with our designers, editors, and ad specialists to create content that aligns with campaigns and client success stories.
- Stay Ahead : Keep up with the latest social and content trends, testing new formats and creative ideas that set us apart.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience managing social media and content for an agency or B2B business.Strong understanding of organic growth strategies that generate leads and community engagement.Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills (short‑form, long‑form, and video).Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio).Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.A creative, energetic personality that matches Ad‑Lab’s high‑performance culture.Bonus Points If You :
