Actuary

Analyse healthcare data to develop pricing, reserving, and forecasting models

Assist with the development of client reports and presentations

Contribute to the design and evaluation of health benefit options and funding strategies

Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements

Collaborate with senior actuaries on bespoke client solutions and research initiatives

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 3 years of actuarial experience, preferably in health or related fields

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL, R, or Python is a plus

Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, consulting environment

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset

Qualification :

Progress toward an actuarial qualification (Actuarial Society of South Africa or equivalent)
