Overview
Sales Representative (Inbound Closer) – Remote, based in South Africa. South African citizens based in South Africa only.
Responsibilities
- Manage and close inbound sales leads primarily through WhatsApp.
- Proactively follow up on abandoned checkouts to recover potential sales.
- Recommend customized peptide stacks and solutions to customers based on their needs.
- Maximize sales revenue by upselling 3-month product bundles and other high-value items.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Order Value (AOV), repeat sales, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Qualifications
Hard Skills : A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong preference for experience in the health, supplements, or e-commerce industries.Confidence and proficiency in both chat-based and phone communication.Understanding of the sales funnel and ability to guide customers through the purchasing process.Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline without micromanagement.Soft Skills : Exceptional text-based persuasion skills and a knack for crafting compelling messages that drive conversions.Commission-driven and target-focused mindset with a focus on exceeding goals.Solution-oriented approach to sales, capable of identifying customer needs and providing effective recommendations.Employment details
Working Schedule : 8AM to 5PM AEST.
Salary Range : $1200-$1800 USD Monthly (final salary determined by experience and client discretion).
