Job descriptionEnsure basic enquiries are actioned within 30min, you may request your teams support to achieve this goal. Provide quality advice & relevant information to clients. Listen to client’s needs; give options explaining why you’ve given each option, considering directness of routing, cost, and client preference. Keep client confidentiality within The Travel Group Visit your clients at least once every 6 months at their offices. Amadeus experience Outlook & Penguin (back-office system)

- Provide a seamless service, handling any requests in full, often including an item where you exceed your client’s expectation.
- Must be sales oriented as the position involves working towards targets; Commission and incentives are payable for sales achievements.
