SUMMARY :

A luxury lodge is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to support daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and assist in managing staff and departments in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Requirements :

2–4 years’ experience in a lodge or boutique hotel environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
Valid driver’s license (PDP advantageous)

POSITION INFO :

Responsibilities Include :

Support the Lodge Manager with day-to-day operations

Supervise and coordinate departments to ensure smooth running of the lodge

Host guests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and warmth

Manage shift schedules, training, and staff performance

Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly

Uphold lodge standards, health & safety, and guest satisfaction targets

This is a live-in role ideal for someone ready to grow into a senior leadership position in luxury hospitality.
