The Role : UX / UI Designer

You'll be at the forefront of transforming user needs into seamless and visually engaging digital journeys. This hybrid role combines UX research, strategy, and UI execution. From ideation and prototyping to final design handoff, you'll play a key part in shaping the user experience and interface of web and mobile platforms, ensuring each touchpoint is intuitive, delightful, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years of experience in UX / UI design for digital products

Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, journeys, and wireframes

Develop intuitive user flows, site maps, and responsive layouts

Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools

Design clean, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces across devices

Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries

Collaborate with product, development, and stakeholder teams to align design with strategy

Run usability tests, analyse user feedback, and iterate designs accordingly

Present design concepts clearly and back decisions with user data and UX best practice

Ensure designs align with brand identity, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user needs

About You

3+ years experience in UX / UI design, backed by a strong portfolio across web and mobile

Proficient in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD

Deep understanding of user-centred design, responsive design, and mobile-first principles

Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and visual UI design (typography, colour, layout)

Familiar with HTML / CSS capabilities (no coding required)

Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative, agile environments

Experience with design systems, accessibility, and usability testing is a plus

Bonus : familiarity with animation tools, SaaS product design, or CRO principles
