Cashbuild is looking for a Goods Receiving Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day receiving and dispatch of stock to and from suppliers and other stores. The role involves updating vouchers in the system, labeling stock, and ensuring timely stock distribution to the floor.

Description

Key responsibilities include :

• Receiving and inspecting stock, balancing invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders.
• Completing proof of delivery notes and capturing data in the IT system within prescribed time limits.
• Managing inter‑branch transfers, ensuring documentation is filed and discrepancies resolved.
• Labelling and pricing stock, ensuring SKUs match packaging and Cashbuild pricing policy.
• Processing supplier claims, ensuring required documentation and approvals.
• Maintaining safety, security and organisational standards in the Goods Receiving Section (GRS).
• Providing outstanding customer service to store staff and suppliers.
