About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, well-presented Sales Representative with a minimum of two years’ experience in the alcoholic beverage industry. You will drive revenue growth across the West Coast, Northern Suburbs and Winelands regions by building strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets and representing our brand with professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric or equivalent)
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years’ proven sales experience in the beverage (alcohol) industry
- Excellent spoken and written communication; polished presentation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle suitable for regular client visits
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to operate independently
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and time-management abilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect and secure new accounts across on-trade and off-trade channelsMaintain and grow existing client relationships through regular visits and follow-upPrepare and deliver customised proposals, quotations and product presentationsConsistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsRepresent the company at client meetings, industry events and tastingsAccurately record all sales activities, interactions and transaction dataCollaborate closely with marketing, logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery and invoicingMonitor market trends and competitor activity, recommending new strategies and promotionsProvide management with weekly sales reports and insight on pipeline progressionRemuneration & Benefits
