They will leverage their expertise in Zoho CRM to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and improve overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize Zoho CRM capabilities to identify target audiences, segment customer data, and personalize marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure the effectiveness of strategies.
• Campaign Management
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
• Leverage Zoho CRM features to automate campaign workflows, track customer interactions, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize campaign performance through A / B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized content delivery.
• Content Development
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging digital content, including email newsletters, blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
• Use Zoho CRM data to tailor content to specific customer segments and personalize messaging for maximum impact.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Generate regular reports using Zoho CRM analytics tools to provide insights into campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
