Job descriptionDevelop and present strategic proposals tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and digital maturity. Plan and manage campaigns across multiple stages of the funnel, ensuring measurable performance and KPI achievement. Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Product, Creative, and Data) to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Monitor performance and proactively optimize campaigns for efficiency and results. Support the Sales team with pre‑sale materials, strategic recommendations, and market insights. Prepare digital landscape analyses, media plans, and creative strategy ideas. Provide feedback and insights to improve Roigen’s solutions and product offerings based on client experience and market trends. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or account management. Strong understanding of digital media channels – full funnel (Programmatic / DSPs, paid social, paid search, and performance marketing platforms). Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. A proactive, solution‑oriented approach with attention to detail and client success. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and managing full‑funnel digital campaigns, collaborating with some of the world’s most innovative brands in highly competitive industries.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage and Grow Key Accounts (Tier 1 & 2)
- Take ownership of client relationships and post‑sale processes, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Head of Product / Operations.
- Oversee full‑funnel digital strategies — from upper‑funnel awareness (DSP, programmatic) to mid‑funnel acquisition and lower‑funnel conversion and retention.
- Drive Roigen product adoption and ensure continuous client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing portfolios to maximize growth.
