Services Consultant - Life Insurance

International Group in Life Insurance requires the services of an experienced person from the same industry to handle a customer services portfolio

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional service to clients in the Group Risk portfolio (Claims / Activations / Terminations etc)
• Interpret and action client requests efficiently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct product presentations and reviews
• Assist clients with claims and queries
Requirements :
• Matric
• Business-related degree (preferred)
• 3 years of Group Risk or Employee Benefits experience
• Strong understanding of Group Risk / Life Insurance products and markets
• Exposure to African Markets advantageous
