About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee the operations of our 3 Pedros Flame-Grilled Chicken restaurants.
The successful candidate will ensure each store delivers consistent product quality, excellent customer service, and operational excellence in line with the Pedros brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 2 Pedros branches within the area.
- Lead, support, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to Pedros brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and store cleanliness through regular site visits and audits.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance for each location.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Identify training needs and promote a culture of performance, accountability, and teamwork.
- Work closely with the franchise owner on marketing campaigns, new initiatives, and business improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in Quick Service Restaurants, preferably within the flame-grilled or chicken segment but not essential.Proven ability to manage multiple sites and large teams.Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on approach.Sound financial understanding and P&L management experience.Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between stores regularly.Job Type & Location
