About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee the operations of our 3 Pedros Flame-Grilled Chicken restaurants.

The successful candidate will ensure each store delivers consistent product quality, excellent customer service, and operational excellence in line with the Pedros brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 2 Pedros branches within the area.
• Lead, support, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to Pedros brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and store cleanliness through regular site visits and audits.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance for each location.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Identify training needs and promote a culture of performance, accountability, and teamwork.
• Work closely with the franchise owner on marketing campaigns, new initiatives, and business improvements.
