A well-established company is looking for an experienced Company Secretary / Admin & HR professional with strong HR experience and exceptional administrative abilities to support a small dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and capable of managing a wide range of operational and compliance tasks.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the full HR function including employee records compliance and onboarding
Manage general office administration and documentation control
Coordinate logistics meetings and travel arrangements for staff and management
Maintain company registers minutes and other secretarial records
Assist with drafting HR and administrative policies and procedures
Support payroll preparation and leave tracking
Liaise with external stakeholders suppliers and service providers
Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and reporting requirements
Requirements :
Proven experience in HR administration or as a Company Secretary / Office Administrator
Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills
Knowledge of HR legislation and compliance practices
Experience with travel coordination and office logistics
