Location : Remote – South Africa

The Role

Environ Property Services is expanding, and we want a go-getter Sales Representative to help drive our continued success.

Qualifications / Experience

  • A sales specialist (rep) with a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with a proven track record in successful conversions.
  • More than 5 years of sales experience in either Construction / property maintenance or Pest Control; industry experience is essential – candidates without industry experience will not be considered.
  • A hungry, self-motivated sales professional with a proven ability to close.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident in following up, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • A team player who can collaborate with surveyors, coordinators, and field teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems to track leads and drive conversions.
  • Remote work experience is beneficial – reliability is required.
  • Professional remote setup with fast, stable internet and back-up power in case of load shedding. (a company laptop can be provided)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Chasing warm and cold leads—turning enquiries into confirmed projects.
  • Following up on estimates—engaging clients after surveys to discuss next steps.
  • Building strong relationships with facility managers and high-value clients for continuous work opportunities.
  • Using our CRM system to track, manage, and convert leads efficiently.
  • Spotting cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our five key services.
  • Driving revenue growth - your success is our success, and we reward it generously.

    What We Offer

  • Fixed Hours : Work from 8am - 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
  • Job Type : Full-time, Permanent
  • Competitive Salary : R19 000 – R23 000 basic per month (depending on experience)
